Mark Reid is the co-founder and CEO of LCG Discovery Experts. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in information technology and electronic discovery. He specializes in the development and execution of complex electronic discovery strategies for large law firms and corporations and is an experienced computer forensic examiner.

Mr. Reid has developed custom processes and software designed to maximize the cost-effectiveness, efficiency and defensibility associated with the collection and handling of electronic evidence. He has assisted Fortune 500 Companies and AMLaw 100 Law Firms with ediscovery strategies and services on hundreds of complex civil suits, Government investigations and internal investigations. His expertise spans the entire EDRM lifecycle from identification through review & production and is an expert in computer forensics. Mr. Reid also advises and assists corporations with the development of internal discovery protocols, staff alignment, tool selection and 3rd party service provider selection.

In addition to litigation-related technology expertise, Mr. Reid has experience in IT management, consulting and software development for Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to forming LCG, Mr. Reid was a Managing Director for Huron Consulting Group and a Partner at Baker Robbins & Company for 14 years where he built and managed a highly reputable Data Forensics and Electronic Discovery Consulting practice and served as the firm's Chief Services Officer. Mr. Reid has also held various IT technical and management positions in the oil & gas and publishing industries and holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.

Ken Tisdel is the President and co-founder of LCG Discovery Experts. He has over sixteen years of experience in investigations, eleven of which were specifically in the field of computer forensic investigations and electronic discovery.

Mr. Tisdel specializes in computer forensics, deleted email and IM chat recovery, encryption breaking, steganography detection, mal-ware detection, identification of computer hacking, cell phone/PDA forensics, disk wipe utilities detection/recovery and undercover internet investigations.

Mr. Tisdel was a Certified Police Officer and Detective for ten years. During the last six years of his law enforcement tenure, Mr. Tisdel was assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and the Vermont Internet Crimes Task Force (VTICTF), working directly with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security, investigating computer and internet based crimes.

Since his move to civil litigation, Mr. Tisdel has performed and managed complex computer forensic investigations in the United States and Internationally and has provided expert opinion and testimony on a broad range of matters including insurance and catastrophic events, FCPA investigations, SEC and DOJ investigations, asset forfeiture and RICO matters, employment agreement violations, trade secret misappropriations, high net worth family disputes and Professional Athlete internet defamation investigations.

Mr. Tisdel is also an experienced lecturer in the field of Digital Forensic Investigations. He is a court recognized expert in the field of computer forensics and frequently provides training to other computer forensic examiners on the methods and procedures related to expert testimony.
